In TECH213, our assignment was to create food moulds for a need. My project was to make a meal kit for chefs working in a nursing home. The main target market was residents with dysphagia who experience difficulty swallowing.

For TECH306, we chose an everyday product, analysed it, and redesigned it. I worked on Woolworths Beef Lasagne, running tests to improve sustainability, nutrition, and appeal to a broader market.
